Complete termination of the old (non EMV-chipped) cards support

Dear Users,

Please be informed that as from September the 3rd,2016 the old non EMV-chipped cards will be no longer supported.

We would kindly ask you to zero the balance of your old (non EMV-chipped) card via ATM or POS purchase (both online and offline). Please note that due to the technical issues the old card balance cannot be automatically transferred to a new EMV-chipped card.

From the 3rd of September 2016 the remaining old card balance will be transferred to a separate account with Choice bank charged with USD10.00 monthly fee. You would be given an option to transfer the balance deducted by the amount of monthly fee only by bank transfer to your personal account by giving direct instruction to Choice Bank. Choice Bank commission for such a transfer will be of UDS100.00. In order to proceed with the transfer please complete a relevant Transfer Form (our Support Team will send it to you by request), enclose the scan-copies of all your documents for Choice Bank’s review and send the form to

We would be happy to provide you with any assistance in communication with Choice Bank representatives related to the funds transfer within the period of 3 months from the date of old (non EMV-chipped) cards support termination.
