New terms of new accounts setup and processing of outgoing payments

Dear customers,

Please kindly be informed that due to a huge number of new registrations of companies, affiliate programs, their employees, adverts and webmasters, as well as the increased number of payments passing through ePayService, including those related to the bankruptcy of one of the banks that serviced the online business of third-party payment systems, we should have changed the terms of the new accounts setup, as well as the processing time for outgoing payments.

We work at the maximum limits, all week including weekends, but the number of our qualified employees can not increase quickly. We do our best to prevent delays, but we should let you know that, unfortunately, it may happen these days.

We want to thank you for your patience and understanding of the situation. We work for you, we are currently increasing the staff to prevent the delays.

Schedule of the card load service for ePayService cards from 02:00 PM, January 19 to 10:00 AM January 22 for Central European Time (CET)

Dear customers,

Please kindly be informed that from 02:00 PM, January 19 to 10 AM, January 22 for Central European Time (CET), due to technical maintenance the card load service for ePayService cards will be unavailable.

All other services of the company, as well as operations with funds already loaded on the cards will be made as normal.

Schedule of work during public holidays from December 30, 2017 to January 9, 2018

Support Team
• From December 30, 2017 to January 1, 2018 – days-off.
• Since January 2, 2018 – normal operation.

Processing of incoming transfers
• From December 30, 2017 to January 2, 2018 – days-off.
• From January 3, 2018 – normal operation, incoming transfers will be credited as usual.

Because of the public holidays, the schedule of work for some banks and the processing of incoming transfers might be changed.

Processing of Outgoing transfers
• Outgoing transfers created on December 29, 10:00 AM (CET) will be processed on January 3, 2018.
• From December 30, 2017 to January 2, 2018 – days-off.
• From January 3, 2018 – normal operation, applications will be processed as usual.

Because of the public holidays, the schedule of work for some banks and the processing of outgoing transfers might be changed.

Checks processing, for checks issued in the name of MTACC Inc
• From December 30, 2017 to January 2, 2018 – days-off.
• Since January 3, 2018 – normal operation.

Work of the correspondence center in Russia (the city of St. Petersburg)
• From December 30, 2017 to January 8, 2018 – days-off, the center doesn’t accept incoming correspondence.
• From January 9, 2018 – normal operation.

Work of the correspondence center in Ukraine (the city of Kiev)
• From December 30, 2017 to January 1, 2018 – days-off, incoming correspondence is not accepted.
• From January 2 to 7, 2018 – normal operation.
• January 8, 2018 – a day-off, incoming correspondence is not accepted.
• From January 9, 2018 – normal operation.

ePayService MasterCard® replenishment for the period from 15:00 (CET), 22 December 2017 till 08:00 (CET), 25 December 2017

Please kindly be informed that for the period from 15:00 (CET), 22 December 2017 till 08:00 (CET), 25 December 2017 ePayService cards replenishment option will be unavailable due to system maintenance conduction.

Operating hours during New Year and Christmas holidays

Mail Collecting Point in Saint-Petersburg, Russia
• 30th December 2016 – reduced working hours, closes at 4p.m.
• From 31st December 2016 to 8th January 2017 – closed, incoming mail not to be received.
• 9th January 2017 – normal opening hours.

Mail Collecting Point in Kiev, Ukraine
• 31st December 2016, 1st and 2nd January 2017 – closed, incoming mail not to be received.
• 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th January 2017 – normal opening hours.
• 7th, 8th, 9th January 2017 – closed, incoming mail not to be received.
• 10th January 2017 – normal opening hours.

Support Team
• From 31st December 2016 to 8th January 2017 – closed.
• 9th January 2017 – normal working hours.

iCheck and standard check cashing
• Checks received at Mail Collecting Points or uploaded through iCheck before 30th of December, 6p.m. (MSK), will be processed the same day.
• Checks received at Mail Collecting Points or uploaded through iCheck after 30th of December, 6p.m. (MSK), will be processed on 5th January 2017.
• From 9th January 2017 normal iCheck and standard check cashing procedure will be resumed.

Incoming Wire and ACH transfers crediting
• Incoming Wire and ACH transfers received before 30th of December, 12.00p.m. (MSK), will be credited the same day.
• Incoming Wire and ACH transfers received after 30th of December, 12.00p.m. (MSK), will be credited on 4th January 2017.
• 5th, 6th of January 2017 and as from 9th January 2017 normal incoming Wire and ACH crediting procedure will be resumed.

Outgoing Wire, ACH transfers and Checks
• Outgoing Wire, ACH transfers and Checks initiated by clients after 30th of December, 12.00p.m. (MSK), will be processed on 4th January 2017.
• 5th, 6th of January 2017 and as from 9th January 2017 normal outgoing Wire, ACH and Checks execution procedure will be resumed.

Hours of Operating during New Year holidays

Please kindly note about our operation during the New Year’s holidays. Holiday hours start Thursday, December 31, 2015 and continue through Sunday, January 10, 2016.

Customer support

Starting December 31, 2015 till January 10, 2016 the Customer support department will be closed.

Checks cashing by iCheck

All iChecks received after 6 PM (MSK) on December 30, 2015, will be processed on January 11, 2016.

Wire transfers and ACH/Direct Deposits

All Wire transfers and ACH transfers received after 12:00 PM (MSK) on December 31, 2015 will be processed on January 4, 2016.

All Wire transfers and ACH transfers, received between January 5, 2016 and January 7, 2016 will be processed on January 8, 2016.

Outgoing Wire transfers, ACH/Direct Deposit and checks.

The orders of outgoing payments (Wire transfer, ACH and checks), that are issued by customers after 12:00 PM (MSK) on December 31, 2015 will be processed on January 4, 2016.

From January 11, 2016 Customer support department, administration of payments Wire transfer, ACH and checks will resume the normal operation.
