Changes in the conditions for accepting bank checks

Dear customers,

Please kindly be informed that since March 26, we temporarily change the conditions for accepting bank checks.

What will change:

1. iCheck will only be available for checks in the amount up to 25,000 USD per check.

2. Checks in the amount from 25,000 USD to 200,000 USD for one check will be accepted only on the original. The check with the assignment signature on it should be sent to one of branches.

3. Check processing service for checks in the amount of 200,000 USD or more for one check will be temporarily unavailable.

The transfers to third-party MasterCard® cards service is currently unavailable

Due to technical problems on the side of our service provider, the service of outgoing transfers to third-party MasterCard® cards is currently unavailable.

The timing of the resumption of the service is currently being specified.

New date of restoring the card load option for USD cards

Dear customers,

Please kindly be informed that the date of restoring the card load option for USD card has been postponed from Thursday, March 1 to Monday, March 5.

All other services of the company, as well as operations with funds already loaded on the USD cards, will be made as standard.

The effective date of new conditions for ePayService MasterCard® cards has been postponed

In connection with the peculiarities of the work of the card API, we need more time to conduct the development and testing than we planned earlier. Therefore, we are forced to postpone the effective date of the new terms of service and use of ePayService MasterCard® cards on February 10.

Please kindly be informed about the new conditions for MasterCard cards, which will come into force on February 10:

ePayService MasterCard® USD:

• Currency exchange fee (FX) – 2.40%

• Fee for withdrawal of funds via ATM – 2.40 USD

• Subscription fee – 2.40 USD monthly (or 20 USD yearly – a one-time payment)

• The subscription fee is not debited if for the past month there were no transactions on the card.

ePayService MasterCard® EUR cards:

• Currency exchange fee (FX) – 1.99%

• Fee for withdrawal of funds via ATM – 1.99 EUR

• Subscription fee – 1.99 EUR monthly (or 15 EUR yearly, for the one-time payment)

• The subscription fee is not debited if for the past month there were no transactions on the card.

Restore of the card load option for ePayService MasterCard® cards in USD

Dear customers,

Please kindly be informed thar the card load option for ePayService MasterCard® cards in USD has been restored.

Please pay attention to the fact that regardless of the card’s type, until February 16, 2018, the daily loading limit for ePayService MasterCard® in USD will be 2,000.00 USD.

Limits of the total amount of funds on USD cards remained unchanged:

For ‘Standard’ cards it is 5,000.00 USD, for ‘Premium’ cards it is 10,000.00 USD.

Temporary restriction means that if necessary, you can load funds, for example, to ePayService MasterCard® Standard USD card within three days: 2,000.00 USD + 2,000.00 USD + 1,000.00 USD. These funds could be stored on the card or could be spent in one day. For example, for withdraw at ATM the total available amount is 5,000.00 USD for one day, which can be divided to smaller amounts, at your choice.

This restriction is temporary and concerns only loads of ePayService MasterCard® cards in USD.

All other services of the company, including daily limits of the card load for ePayService MasterCard® cards in EUR, as well as for ePayService Virtual cards (both EUR and USD), are made as regular.

From February 16, 2018, the load limits for ePayService MasterCard® cards in USD will be restored.

Restore of the Virtual USD Cards load option

Dear customers,

Please kindly be informed that the Virtual USD cards load option has been fully restored.

The option of loading ePayService MasterCard® plastic cards in USD will be available on Monday, January 15.

All other services of the company, as well as operations with funds already loaded on USD cards are made in the standard conditions.

The technical maintenance with the card API is still taking place, the card load option for ePayService cards in USD will be available soon.

All other services of the company, as well as operations with funds already loaded on cards are being performed in the standard mode.

Support Team
• From December 30, 2017 to January 1, 2018 – days-off.
• Since January 2, 2018 – normal operation.

Processing of incoming transfers
• From December 30, 2017 to January 2, 2018 – days-off.
• From January 3, 2018 – normal operation, incoming transfers will be credited as usual.

Because of the public holidays, the schedule of work for some banks and the processing of incoming transfers might be changed.

Processing of Outgoing transfers
• Outgoing transfers created on December 29, 10:00 AM (CET) will be processed on January 3, 2018.
• From December 30, 2017 to January 2, 2018 – days-off.
• From January 3, 2018 – normal operation, applications will be processed as usual.

Because of the public holidays, the schedule of work for some banks and the processing of outgoing transfers might be changed.

Checks processing, for checks issued in the name of MTACC Inc
• From December 30, 2017 to January 2, 2018 – days-off.
• Since January 3, 2018 – normal operation.

Work of the correspondence center in Russia (the city of St. Petersburg)
• From December 30, 2017 to January 8, 2018 – days-off, the center doesn’t accept incoming correspondence.
• From January 9, 2018 – normal operation.

Work of the correspondence center in Ukraine (the city of Kiev)
• From December 30, 2017 to January 1, 2018 – days-off, incoming correspondence is not accepted.
• From January 2 to 7, 2018 – normal operation.
• January 8, 2018 – a day-off, incoming correspondence is not accepted.
• From January 9, 2018 – normal operation.
