Bank Deposit in local currency. Public testing continues. Extended list of countries.

We are keeping on with public testing of the brand-new service: Banks deposits in local currency.

Following positive testing results, we are pleased to announce 10 more countries were included in the list for deposits in local currencies:

• Argentina (ARS)

• Dominican Republic (DOP)

• Egypt (LE)

• Guatemala (GTQ)

• Indonesia (IDR)

• Jamaica (JMD)

• Kenya (KES)

• Mexico (MXN)

• Sri-Lanka (LKR)

• Venezuela (VEF)

We are currently processing payments in local countries for 25 countries across the world. While testing progresses, more countries will be included in the list.

Please find below some significant advantages of the new type of transfer over traditional wire transfers via SWIFT:

1. Once made in local currency, the payment will be considered as domestic and processed by local providers, therefore, beneficiary of such payment is not required to have an account in foreign currency.

2. The payment will be submitted within 1 to 48 hours due to the fact, that no correspondent banking is involved.

3. Using domestic payments service, you can transfer funds to legal entities or individuals (including third party individuals).

4. Domestic payment processing fee is lower than wire transfer fee for payments in EUR and USD. It varies from USD 20 to USD 40 depending on the country.

Operators process payments to bank accounts in local currencies under the standard terms of bank transfers processing.

The exact fee amount for transfer to a particular country will be displayed, while you are filling the transfer form.

New service: Bank Deposit in local currency. Open testing

Dear clients and partners,

We are pleased to commence a process of open testing for a brand-new service – Bank Deposit in local currency.

Below we have listed some significant advantages of the new type of transfer over traditional wire transfers via SWIFT:

1. Once made in local currency, the payment will be considered as domestic and processed by local providers, therefore, beneficiary of such payment is not required to have an account in foreign currency.

2. The payment will be submitted within 1 to 48 hours due to the fact, that no correspondent banking is involved.

3. Using domestic payments service you can transfer funds to legal entities and individuals (including third party individuals) located in 15 countries listed below. While testing progresses, more countries will be included in the list.

4. Domestic payment processing fee is lower than wire transfer fee for payments in EUR and USD. It varies from USD 20 to USD 40 depending on the country.

Open testing will be held from 1st of March till 1st of April. Please kindly find the list of the countries accepting local currency payments below (more countries will soon be included):

Limited access to the system on 21th of January 2017 from 20:00pm till 21:00pm (GMT)

Operating hours during New Year and Christmas holidays

Mail Collecting Point in Saint-Petersburg, Russia
• 30th December 2016 – reduced working hours, closes at 4p.m.
• From 31st December 2016 to 8th January 2017 – closed, incoming mail not to be received.
• 9th January 2017 – normal opening hours.

Mail Collecting Point in Kiev, Ukraine
• 31st December 2016, 1st and 2nd January 2017 – closed, incoming mail not to be received.
• 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th January 2017 – normal opening hours.
• 7th, 8th, 9th January 2017 – closed, incoming mail not to be received.
• 10th January 2017 – normal opening hours.

Support Team
• From 31st December 2016 to 8th January 2017 – closed.
• 9th January 2017 – normal working hours.

iCheck and standard check cashing
• Checks received at Mail Collecting Points or uploaded through iCheck before 30th of December, 6p.m. (MSK), will be processed the same day.
• Checks received at Mail Collecting Points or uploaded through iCheck after 30th of December, 6p.m. (MSK), will be processed on 5th January 2017.
• From 9th January 2017 normal iCheck and standard check cashing procedure will be resumed.

Incoming Wire and ACH transfers crediting
• Incoming Wire and ACH transfers received before 30th of December, 12.00p.m. (MSK), will be credited the same day.
• Incoming Wire and ACH transfers received after 30th of December, 12.00p.m. (MSK), will be credited on 4th January 2017.
• 5th, 6th of January 2017 and as from 9th January 2017 normal incoming Wire and ACH crediting procedure will be resumed.

Outgoing Wire, ACH transfers and Checks
• Outgoing Wire, ACH transfers and Checks initiated by clients after 30th of December, 12.00p.m. (MSK), will be processed on 4th January 2017.
• 5th, 6th of January 2017 and as from 9th January 2017 normal outgoing Wire, ACH and Checks execution procedure will be resumed.

New User Agreement

Dear Users,

Card processing site maintenance

Dear users,

Please kindly be informed that on Saturday, 15th October 2016, due to the card processing site maintenance, we are expecting some short-term network disconnections of ePayService MasterCard cards as well as ePayService MasterCard Virtual cards.
While disconnected the cards may not be replenished, used at POS terminals or ATMs, therefore, we would recommend you to carry out the above transactions if planned beforehand.

Interim increase of terms for iCheck processing

Dear ePayService Users,

Please kindly be informed that the processing terms for the checks submitted through the iCheck service are temporary extended for the holiday period of October 11th to October 18th, 2016.

Within the above period the minimum iCheck processing time will be increased by 7 days.

As from 19th October 2016 iCheck procedures will be back to standard.

Suspending the acceptance of the checks issued in currencies different from USD and checks in any currency issued by the banks outside US

Dear Users,

Please kindly be informed that as from 6th October 2016 ePayService payment system will suspend the acceptance of checks issued in a currency different from USD. Checks in CAD (Canadian Dollar), EUR (Euro) and other currencies different from USD (US Dollar) will temporarily not be accepted by the system, as well as checks in any currency issued by the banks outside US.

The above applies to all the checks issued on an individual or on an entity name including checks issued on the name of our company.

The acceptance procedure for US banks checks issued in USD currency will remain unchanged.
