ePayService MasterCard Replacement Program

Dear customers and partners!

We are delighted to announce the completion of ePayService MasterCard updating program.

New Prepaid MasterCard ePayService cards issued within the period starting from the 1st of May 2016 are EMV-chipped and provide stronger transactions security. Furthermore, the card currency now has two basic options – USD and EUR.

By virtue of updated API our clients got a possibility of transferring funds from EMV-chipped card account back to ePayService account. Such a transaction can be submitted live at Online.ePayServices.

PIN-code for EMV-chipped card can now be changed through your account at Online.ePayServices, as well as at any ATM supporting EMV-technology.

And last but not least – no more monthly fee for the use of active card! Just as you wish us to do.

Our scheduled card replacement program commenced on the 1st of May 2016 and it is about to end. For the moment 80% of our clients have got their new cards. In case if you haven’t received your EMV-chipped card for some reason, please apply for the new Prepaid MasterCard ePayService card in USD or EUR currency using the page “My orders & Services” in your account at Online.ePayServices or contact our Support Team creating a ticket.

New card fees and limits:

• Card Issue – Free;

• Monthly Fee – Not Applicable;

• Annual Fee – Not Applicable;

• Card Load – Free;

• Daily Limit (load/withdrawal and purchases):

– up to 5,000 USD for the Standard Card;

– up to 10,000 USD for the Premium Card;

• ATM Withdrawal – 1.5 USD;

• Card Load Limit – 10 transactions per 24 hours;

• ATM Withdrawal Limit – per transaction – 3 000 USD;

• Withdrawal Transactions Limit:

– 15 for the Standard Card;

– 30 for the Premium Card;

• Balance Request at ATM – 0.50 USD;

• Declined Card Transaction (for any reason) – 0.50 USD;

• Standard Mail Delivery – FREE.

Limited access to the system on 16th of June 2016 from 05:00am till 01:00pm (GMT)

Dear customers and partners!

We would like to inform all the Online.Epayservices payment system Users of the limited access to the system due to the maintenance works handling on 16th of June 2016 from 05:00am till 01:00pm (GMT).

Please kindly note that Card transactions, WebMoney and wire transfers, as well as checks encashment will not be affected by the maintenance works and will be processed normally.

Changes to procedure of transfer of card balance from expired, closed, blocked cards​

Dear customers,

Please note that from May 16th 2016 the transfer of card balances from cards that are expired, closed, blocked AND with the remainder below $10.00 USD, to new cards, will be impossible due to the technical features of the process.

Thus, if the card balance of the closed, locked or expired card is less than $10.00 USD it will not be transferred to the account of the new card.

In this regard, we strongly recommend you to withdraw all money from the card before the end of the period of validity.

Update sms-service for two-step authentication

Dear customers and partners!

We are glad to announce the update of our sms-service that is used for two-step authentication.

We have concluded our work to improve this service and increase it’s reliability.

As a result, from April 7 2016 we will launch a new service for sending sms. Now shipping codes for confirmation will be faster and more reliable.

At the same time, the sms-verification for the implementation of the transaction fee is introduced as an extra service. Login via sms is free.

We also remind you that as a completely free alternative to sms-verification for all users, TOTP verification codes are available. Switch to TOTP via the appropriate options in your account settings.

Cessation of GBP check processing

Dear consumers and business customers!

From March 24 2016 ePayService will cease to accept bank checks issued in GBP (Great Britain pounds).

Bank checks issued in USD, EUR, CAD will continue to be accepted as normal.

Hours of Operating during New Year holidays

Please kindly note about our operation during the New Year’s holidays. Holiday hours start Thursday, December 31, 2015 and continue through Sunday, January 10, 2016.

Customer support

Starting December 31, 2015 till January 10, 2016 the Customer support department will be closed.

Checks cashing by iCheck

All iChecks received after 6 PM (MSK) on December 30, 2015, will be processed on January 11, 2016.

Wire transfers and ACH/Direct Deposits

All Wire transfers and ACH transfers received after 12:00 PM (MSK) on December 31, 2015 will be processed on January 4, 2016.

All Wire transfers and ACH transfers, received between January 5, 2016 and January 7, 2016 will be processed on January 8, 2016.

Outgoing Wire transfers, ACH/Direct Deposit and checks.

The orders of outgoing payments (Wire transfer, ACH and checks), that are issued by customers after 12:00 PM (MSK) on December 31, 2015 will be processed on January 4, 2016.

From January 11, 2016 Customer support department, administration of payments Wire transfer, ACH and checks will resume the normal operation.

iCheck limits are higher now!

Dear customers,

We are glad to tell you about the increasing of the limit of uploaded checks with iCheck option to $50 000!

The increasing of the limit is applied to the checks of all companies.

Please pay attention to what we are able to ask you the original of every check, that is uploaded with iCheck option.

ePayService’s TOTP Authorization: comfortable and easy

Dear customers!

We are glad to present you the new authentication method for your accounts in Online.ePayService – TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) token, that is able to download on every smartphone.

This protection mechanism is high-reliable, and is a great alternative of the SMS verification code method, and QR-code method.

How to download and use:

1) In “Profile” tab of your account in Online.ePayService choose the new authorization method: TOTP-token;

After that, you should download one of those applications:

• Google Authenticator (Android/iPhone)
• Duo Mobile (Android/iPhone)
• Authenticator (Windows Phone 7)

2) Scan the QR-code in the downloads of your profile using the application;

This QR-code you need to scan only once. You don’t have to scan this code later, to enter your account.

3) After the initialization, the application on your smartphone will start to generate a temporary one-time six-digit codes, every time you need to enter the account, or confirm the transactions.

The important information: TOTP application works offline!
