Card processing site maintenance

Dear users,

Please kindly be informed that on Saturday, 15th October 2016, due to the card processing site maintenance, we are expecting some short-term network disconnections of ePayService MasterCard cards as well as ePayService MasterCard Virtual cards.
While disconnected the cards may not be replenished, used at POS terminals or ATMs, therefore, we would recommend you to carry out the above transactions if planned beforehand.

Interim increase of terms for iCheck processing

Dear ePayService Users,

Please kindly be informed that the processing terms for the checks submitted through the iCheck service are temporary extended for the holiday period of October 11th to October 18th, 2016.

Within the above period the minimum iCheck processing time will be increased by 7 days.

As from 19th October 2016 iCheck procedures will be back to standard.

Suspending the acceptance of the checks issued in currencies different from USD and checks in any currency issued by the banks outside US

Dear Users,

Please kindly be informed that as from 6th October 2016 ePayService payment system will suspend the acceptance of checks issued in a currency different from USD. Checks in CAD (Canadian Dollar), EUR (Euro) and other currencies different from USD (US Dollar) will temporarily not be accepted by the system, as well as checks in any currency issued by the banks outside US.

The above applies to all the checks issued on an individual or on an entity name including checks issued on the name of our company.

The acceptance procedure for US banks checks issued in USD currency will remain unchanged.

Virtual Cards ePayService MasterCard Virtual

Dear customers and partners,

We are pleased to announce the startup of ePayService MasterCard Virtual cards issue as from the 1st of September 2016.

Virtual cards serve a purpose of being used for online payments. They do not require hard copy, therefore, they can be used straight away after the submission of the order.

There are two options of virtual cards available:

• Non-reloadable virtual card

The above card can be issued at nominal value from USD/EUR 10.00 to 3,500.00 or at other value of your choice. There is no reload option for this type of card.

One-time loaded virtual card will expire in 2 months after the date of its issue.

• Reloadable virtual card

The above card can be replenished multiple times prior its expiration date. This card will be valid for the period of 6 months after the date of issue.

Complete termination of the old (non EMV-chipped) cards support

Dear Users,

Please be informed that as from September the 3rd,2016 the old non EMV-chipped cards will be no longer supported.

We would kindly ask you to zero the balance of your old (non EMV-chipped) card via ATM or POS purchase (both online and offline). Please note that due to the technical issues the old card balance cannot be automatically transferred to a new EMV-chipped card.

From the 3rd of September 2016 the remaining old card balance will be transferred to a separate account with Choice bank charged with USD10.00 monthly fee. You would be given an option to transfer the balance deducted by the amount of monthly fee only by bank transfer to your personal account by giving direct instruction to Choice Bank. Choice Bank commission for such a transfer will be of UDS100.00. In order to proceed with the transfer please complete a relevant Transfer Form (our Support Team will send it to you by request), enclose the scan-copies of all your documents for Choice Bank’s review and send the form to prepaid@choicebankltd.com.

We would be happy to provide you with any assistance in communication with Choice Bank representatives related to the funds transfer within the period of 3 months from the date of old (non EMV-chipped) cards support termination.

Termination of non-chipped cards loading option

Dear users,

Please kindly note that the loading option for the old ePayService cards (non EMV-chipped) will be ceased as from 18th of August 2016.

We would like to remind you that the scheduled process of the old ePayService cards replacement is about to end, and after the 31st of August 2016 the old (non EMV-chipped) cards will no longer be supported.

Due to the technical features of the replacement process the old card balance will not be automatically transferred to a new EMV-chipped card. Therefore, we would kindly ask you to zero your old (non-chipped) card balance using ATM or purchasing via POS (both on-line and off-line).

Transfer of card balance back to the ePayService account

Dear customers,

We are pleased to announce that as from today you will have a possibility to transfer any amount from your ePayService card back to your ePayService account.

Back-to-account transfer is available only for the new EMV-chipped ePayService MasterCard cards.

We would like to remind you that the scheduled old cards replacement program commenced on the 1st of May 2016 and it goes towards its end. For the moment 80% of the ePayService card users have received their new cards. The old cards (without EMV chip) will cease to be supported as from 31th of August 2016.

Due to the technical issues it is not possible to transfer the old card balance to the EMV-chipped one automatically, so you are kindly asked to zero your old card balance using ATM withdrawal or POS purchasing (shopping both offline and online).

In case if you haven’t received your EMV-chipped card for some reason, please apply for the new Prepaid MasterCard ePayService card in USD or EUR currency using the page “My orders & Services” in your account at Online.ePayServices or contact our Support Team creating a ticket.

Service Termination Schedule for Old (non EMV-chipped) Cards

Dear customers!

The scheduled old cards replacement program commenced on the 1st of May 2016 and it goes towards its end. For the moment 80% of the ePayService card users have received their new cards. The old cards (without EMV chip) will cease to be supported as from 31th of August 2016.

Please kindly note that there will be no monthly active card fee for the new ePayService EMV-chipped cards, therefore, the debit overdraft charges accrued for old cards and debited on the 1st of May 2016 will be credited back to the users’ accounts.

The users who have activated their new EMV-chipped card within the period starting from the 1st of May 2016 and transferred all the available balance (the balance total should not be more that USD 10) from their old card during 30 days since the activation date will be refunded the amount of the monthly fee charged for the last month of the old card use.

We would like to remind you that due to the technical issues it is not possible to transfer the old card balance to the EMV-chipped one automatically, so you are kindly asked to zero your old card balance using ATM withdrawal or POS purchasing (shopping both offline and online).

In case if you haven’t received your EMV-chipped card for some reason, please apply for the new Prepaid MasterCard ePayService card in USD or EUR currency using the page “My orders & Services” in your account at Online.ePayServices or contact our Support Team creating a ticket.
