2018 Year-End Holiday Schedule

Processing of Incoming and Outgoing transfers

• Dec. 24, 25, 26, 31 and Jan. 1 – days-off.
• Dec. 27, 28 and Jan. 2 – working days, incoming transfers will be credited as usual.
Be advised: because of the Christmas holidays, the schedule of work for some banks and the processing of incoming and/or outgoing transfers might be changed.

iCheck
• All checks uploaded using iCheck during Year-End Holidays will be processed starting from Jan. 7.

Changes in the conditions for processing checks issued to customers

Dear customers,

Due to the reorganization of our checks processing procedure, starting from September 11 we temporarily suspend processing of bank checks issued in the name of our customers. These changes have also applied to the iCheck service.

We expect the procedure to be completed within the next two weeks. By the moment our checks processing service starts working as normal, new conditions for checks processing will come into effect.

What will change?

We will continue working with bank checks from Google, issued in the name of our customers.

We will completely stop working with bank checks from any other companies, except Google, issued in the name of our customers.

After the procedure is updated, you will be able to continue mailing signed original checks from Google to our branches or uploading them via iCheck as usual.

During these two weeks, the iCheck option will be active for uploading checks. We will start working with these checks after the procedure is completed. You will be additionally informed about that.

Online.Epayservice Update: Templates and Favorite Payments

Dear customers,

Please kindly be informed about the new update:

Templates and Favorite payments are now available in the accounts at online.epayservices.com and ePayService mobile app. Create Template from your payments and use them for regular transfers. Add a Template to your Favorite payments for fast access to this template from main page.

Templates
Save the form of your payment as a Template and use it for future transfers to the same details. Creating Template is available for both: new (Payment DetailsSave template) and already sent (Operation history – Payment Details) transfers.

The created templates are available in the form for sending the transfer.

Favorite payments
For quick access to the template, just add it to your Favorite payment templates and fix it directly above the list of available transactions. In the Details of the transfer, in the Save template field, choose where the template will be displayed: at online.epayservices.com or ePayService mobile app.

You can manage Templates and Favorite payments at the Payment templates tab.

New terms of new accounts setup and processing of outgoing payments

Dear customers,

Please kindly be informed that due to a huge number of new registrations of companies, affiliate programs, their employees, adverts and webmasters, as well as the increased number of payments passing through ePayService, including those related to the bankruptcy of one of the banks that serviced the online business of third-party payment systems, we should have changed the terms of the new accounts setup, as well as the processing time for outgoing payments.

We work at the maximum limits, all week including weekends, but the number of our qualified employees can not increase quickly. We do our best to prevent delays, but we should let you know that, unfortunately, it may happen these days.

International money transfers processing schedule for holidays

Dear customers,

Please kindly be informed that due to the European Easter holidays, processing for the incoming and outgoing international money transfers will be changed.

• March 29 – Shortened workday. Applications will be processed up to 5 PM (CET)

• From March 30 to April 2 – Holidays

• From 3 April – Full workdays, applications will be processed normally.
